We believe our Sunday Carvery is the best in Britain. So much so that we’ve entered a national competition to host such a claim.
We only serve at 12:30 and 2:30, so that the carvery is fresh as fresh can be for each sitting, and the food doesn’t sit around, losing its flavour.
Our beef is mustard cured for 3 days before being seared on a high heat to trap in the flavour and juices, before being slow cooked at just 72 degrees for 15 hours. The result is truly remarkable. Beautifully tender and flavoursome, and Medium/Rare throughout. We also serve another delicious, white meat (usually Turkey or Chicken).
Fear not if you’re not a meat eater. We also serve a couple of vegetarian alternatives – just let us know when you arrive and we’ll cater to your needs.
